Struggling this week- but I a least got 10000 steps
Great workout!!! My camera is off but I be getting it in lol. I also did my 1 hour walk at 5:30 this morning.

Worked on our abs today. We did 2 of the 10 minute ab workouts.
Modified 20 min workout 5/5 days this week (so far)! Today I added gentle bicep curls and forward shoulder raises with light weights! Hopefully I wonโt pay for it later!

Grand rising.. woke up late after these challenges combined with regular classes sister kind of beat couldn't get up on time nevertheless no excuse I did the 10 minute stand up app video this morning realize I still have a little more time so I opted for the 6 minute cardio blast thinking I'm done I did my 6 minutes but nah his expectation was for you to do the next two rounds on your own I did it because at the end of the day it benefits me right y'all be blessed happy Friday
