Woke up this morning feeling like my body needed to be stretched woke up did a few yoga videos stretching then I wanted to do my rebounder/trampoline so I did a 15 minute workout on that then for whatever reason I decided to do Thursday recording because I missed Thursday class oh g I think my pics says it all y'all have a blessed Sunday

This was so good I just had to share.
1. Tri color low sodium beans (Walmart Great Value)
2. One sweet potato
3. 2 eggs (scrambled with sweet potato)
3. 1/4 red onion
4. 1/2 Avacado
2. 2 small/medium Guerrero tortillas (100 cal ea.)
Seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Virgin olive oil to cook the potato and egg.
I made two burritos, but there was still another serving left for later.
SO GOOD!
