Day 3 done.. walk at home with weights.. another short one.. heel only in a little pain.. ywy..progrese

I was able to make the workout this morning!!! It was so great working out with everyone!!! Yay!!! Now I gotta get ready for this on camera meeting!! ~running~

Day 1 did I set my watch? Nope ugh but did I get in two short workouts? Yes!!!! I tried walking too but my heel wouldn't let me be great. Let's go!!!

I did the 20 minute kettle bell X arms workout yesterday. Yay!!!! The push ups whooped me but otherwise I hung in there. I'm back!! Ready for this challenge. I'm glad I tried it because my watch did not even record it ugh. Had to reset my app. So let's go!!!!!

Really liked this one coach!!! I can see I gotta get back up to speed on push ups though.

Hi Coach and team! I am still in pain but it's not as bad. I think I can do this challenge. Yay!! I am doing short workouts right now trying to get back up to speed and not stress my heel. I miss live sessions. Next dr appointment is Monday so hoping I will be cleared for more activity.
