🗓️ IWT WALKING + FAT LOSS CHALLENGE

Here’s your weekly breakdown to follow for the next 4 weeks. Save this. Screenshot it. Post it up somewhere you’ll see it every day. Let’s lock in.


🔥 WEEK 1: AUGUST 4–10 – BUILD THE HABIT
✅ Walk 5 days this week
✅ Do 5 rounds of IWT (total: 30 mins)
✅ Focus on posture, breathing, and being consistent
🔁 Sundays = optional light walk or stretch day


🚀 WEEK 2: AUGUST 11–17 – LEVEL UP
✅ Walk 5–6 days
✅ Increase to 6 rounds of IWT (36 mins)
✅ Try walking first thing in the morning for max fat burn
🔥 Optional: add incline or light arm weights


⚡ WEEK 3: AUGUST 18–24 – PUSH PHASE
✅ Walk 6–7 days
✅ Push to 6–7 rounds of IWT (36–42 mins)
✅ Stay hydrated and get your sleep
🔥 Add intensity: incline, longer fast intervals, or a second short walk (AM & PM)


🏁 WEEK 4: AUGUST 25–29 – FINISH STRONG
✅ 7 rounds (42 mins) IWT
✅ Walk daily (5 days straight)
✅ Push your pace and focus on that fat burn

We’re starting a brand new Walking + Fat Loss Challenge starting tomorrow, August 4th through August 29th—and we’re doing it the smart way.

This challenge mixes two powerful tools for burning fat and boosting energy:

Japanese-style Interval Walking Training (IWT) and our regular strength training sessions.

Here’s how it works:
📍 You’ll walk using the IWT method—3 minutes fast, 3 minutes slow, repeated for 30–42 minutes depending on the week.
📍 You’ll still train with us live every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (morning and evening options).
