Day 14 Tuesday- I did the Live Caribbean workout LOL

Day 12 I came 3 mins late great workout. I thought about the 7:00pm and my body said you are good. Lol

Day 10- I usually drink my mushroom coffee in the morning before I start my day. I did not have time to drink it nor do I need it after this wonderful workout that Coach Dre gave us today😂😂

Day 9- 30 minutes Power Workout

Day 8 chair workout today.🥵🥵

Day 7 done I did upper body today

Day??? IOS took me out. Good workout tho😂😂
