Great workout! My legs, arms, and abs are feeling it! Glad for no jumping...just a little hop lol

I do walk most days with my mom before work.

Karla A Cole my kids are 18 and 15 if that makes a difference lol. They can be very picky and don't like a lot of my "healthy concoctions" I did bell peppers, mushrooms, avocado, scrambled eggs on whole wheat toast (I found some that only had 35 calories per slice!)

Can't wait to hear how you like it!!

It was super simple to do. Put eggs in a bowl, add the blended cottage cheese, whisk together, cook as normal. My kids couldn't taste the cottage cheese either...and they actually requested I only make scrambled eggs like this from now on.

I did 1 big scoop to 2 eggs. Blended in a blender until it wasn't chunky. I can't taste the cottage cheese at all

My oldest is rarely at home between school and work...or she is reading. So it was nice she was able to come with is today.
