Congratulations everyone! This was actually a fun challenge and made me accountable to myself. I HAD to think about my movement and my food everyday, and when I couldn't do too much physically, I realized that too. I've said it before, but I have to stretch so much more. Hey Y'all! I'm Jackie and I NEED an accountability partner. I felt like Roz was calling me out the other day with modifications. I do them because of pain I'm in. I thought I'd be more agile after being here for a while, but I don't know what is stopping my progress. I probably need more stretching at minimum. I have also hit a plateau in my weight loss goals. I do believe I don't eat enough food. (Its 2pm and I have not eaten anything yet). I need accountability with food, protein, stretching and water.

Part of the problem...I work 2 jobs and I'm working on a separate project of my own. I have very little time to myself, however, I have carved out Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings to make the live classes. I owe myself at least that. Any takers? 😊
