20 min or less is always good. 30 min is a long time to go nonstop.

I always love side abs because of my spare tire.

Music only with you showing what’s next in the small screen.

Ok so the Asian squat nearly took me out. Shoulder is hurting a lil bit so I skipped class today. This was good and I’ll find something else to do with no floor or weights. I enjoyed thisπŸ‘πŸ½
