- Iβm excited to be back! I did the Maya line challenge and saw amazing results. last month I hired a nutritionist and that has also helped with me dropping some weight. Looking forward to getting back on these workouts beginning today βΊοΈ.
Similar to coach Trish's recipe for egg bites/ egg muffins,but added cottage cheese for extra protein.
A little Sunday meal prepping. Mahi mahi and broccoli. Salad with diced chicken breast, cucumber, red onion, black and green olives, cauliflower, tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. 2nd pic topped with Braggs vinaigrette, salt to taste if needed.

Red/green cabbage with all the toppings and a peanut sauce. I canβt wait to try it this evening!

Using Cocos cream and oils today did one of the recordings that coach Dre did for those who couldn't join us in DR... And trying this watermelon salad that only has mint feta cheese and red onions think I'm going to try different recipe it's all right a little balsamic vinaigrette when you serve it but I'm about to throw down LOL
