Getting ready to head to an appointment and decided a smoothie is a great way to break my fast start my day with some good deliciousness I have to add the Powerade my breast doctor recommended it as I have been experiencing dizziness so we're wondering if the iron or lack of minerals so I'm going to try it and see what happens I have a thousand more steps to go to meet today's goal let's go
