Completed Ciach Dre's sweat and shred 10/28 this morning.
I suffer with sore feet and plantar fasciitis in my left foot. According to webmd, losing 1lbs is equivalent to 6lbs of pressure off you feet. Was just amazed by that and wanted to share.
Completed a walking video and one of Ros' stretching video's. That stretch was well needed!
Welllll ok ok may not be totally all the way healthy but after that crazy workout tonight, my metabolism should keep it from sticking 😂.... Chicken thighs, spinach and Falfalle noodles....gooood
My shirt doesn't show a level 20 effort, but I believe in my spirit that I reached it! Lol
Must have been higher than 20 cause I reached my weekly workout goal in 2 days! 😄
