I hope to be back this month! I miss working out. I lost all motivation, grief has taken over my life. I lost my mom to colon cancer and sister to liver cancer within six months. Idk where to start, I guess I just start? I miss everyone, even you coach 😂

I haven't worked out in over two months. It's been hard with the passing of my mom two months ago! Candace got her grove back! Trying out the gym vibes 💪

Happy Monday! It's been a hot minute since I've worked 💪 out. Today's a new day & I need to put myself first. My mom was diagnosed with Stage four Colon cancer & I've been going back and forth to be with her. I needed a much needed vacation with my kids in Jamaica. Time to get back in the swing of things. I'm happy to be back. Let's do this!! Starting a 3 day cleanse today. See ya at 10 💪

I had an awesome day. I worked out this morning and I got my steps in. I took 3 weeks off & it was hard to get back on track.

I'm a few days lates. I haven't had motivation to workout, hopefully I can catch the live at 10am.
