English cucumber and apple (Fuji) salad to break my fast. I saw it on Instagram and decided to try, it’s good and refreshing. I made it yesterday, it also has a little fresh lime juice, salt and pepper and a drizzle of honey. I don’t think it needs the honey, next time no honey.

I just finished today’s workout posted on the calendar, it was good! I should’ve warmed up first, I didn’t know. 🙄 I’m warmed up now, gonna find another 20 min ab workout.

Meal prepping: Thai chopped chicken salad:
Red/green cabbage with all the toppings and a peanut sauce. I can’t wait to try it this evening!

I made the eggs this morning, very good! I blended 2 eggs with a spoonful of cottage cheese. I added chopped onion, I didn’t have the other veggies, next time I’ll try adding more veggies. I like it a lot and who knew? I can now eat/tolerate a small amount of cottage cheese🙂. Thank you for the recipe.
