Good morning everyone! I technically started my fast last night at 8:00pm, I will go through tomorrow morning if not a little longer, Lord knows I need to give my body a break from eating. I’ve fasted many times before anywhere from 24 hours, 21 days and a couple times I’ve done 40 day fasts with just water, clear fruit juices, vegetable/beef/chicken broth and bone broth. It’s all in your mindset. It’s tough but can be done. We got this. My goal is to discipline myself to continue this weekly.

All good! Keeping busy and ignoring the slight hunger pains. I’m waiting 20 mins for them to pass and keeping it moving. Drinking lots of water.
