Good morning everyone! I technically started my fast last night at 8:00pm, I will go through tomorrow morning if not a little longer, Lord knows I need to give my body a break from eating. I’ve fasted many times before anywhere from 24 hours, 21 days and a couple times I’ve done 40 day fasts with just water, clear fruit juices, vegetable/beef/chicken broth and bone broth. It’s all in your mindset. It’s tough but can be done. We got this. My goal is to discipline myself to continue this weekly.

I haven’t drank that much yet, maybe 40oz and I had coffee earlier. I’ll drink more this evening…that’s when the fast gets hard for me. I plan on drinking lemon water with apple cider vinegar in a few minutes.

Thank you Coach Roz! I felt all of that and really needed the shoulder stretches. My right shoulder has been tight since the October challenge.
