I may miss the workout this morning but I’m helping at a Thanksgiving giveaway. I’m loading turkeys in cars. That counts as strength training 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Soooo lately, I have not been doing Tuesday workouts because I have Bible study on that night. At first I was doing it on Wednesday but have slacked off. I did the Tuesday class last night! And wooo it was tough. However I realized I need to do those classes because there is more strength training. It’s the only way I’m going to be able to improve my strength! So I’m glad I did it! 💪🏾
