Great workout!!! My camera is off but I be getting it in lol. I also did my 1 hour walk at 5:30 this morning.

I almost tapped out at the 22 minute mark🤣🤣.

I finished my daily walk and did the 10 minute standing abs workout then passed out across my bed (that 10 minutes felt like 30)
