Grand rising.. I was so exhausted yesterday y'all I got off at a quarter to 5:00 I will sleep at 7:00 nevertheless got up this morning to do coaches crazy cardio workout yesterday since I'm trying to do the 21 Day challenge I followed up with the 10 minute floor exercise there was no way I was going to continue standing after again coach crazy cardio workout yesterday LOL
Day seven of the 21 Day challenge complete with the kettlebell x arms... Managed to get a walk in I'm done for today y'all have a great rest of your day
What I learned from this mornings workout is that I don't have much flexibility in my upper body, and I want to be more like Roz! In SO many ways! Why am I so tight? This is as far as my arms go with the stretch from earlier. I want to close that gap, especially in the front.
