📣 IMPORTANT SCHEDULE UPDATE

Hey VBF Fam — this week we are ONLY having ONE class per day at 6PM EST. There will be NO 6AM class this week.

Coach Trish is on vacation, so I’ll be coaching the evening sessions only.

Here’s the weekly lineup:

  • Mon: Light Weights (High Volume)

  • Tue: Upper Body Strength

  • Wed: 10,000 Steps + 20-Min Recording

  • Thu: Lower Body Strength

  • Fri: 10,000 Steps + 20-Min Recording

  • Sat: Super Saturday 🔥

  • Sun: Rest / Reset / Meal Prep
