Hello!!!
This was so good I just had to share.
1. Tri color low sodium beans (Walmart Great Value)
2. One sweet potato
3. 2 eggs (scrambled with sweet potato)
3. 1/4 red onion
4. 1/2 Avacado
2. 2 small/medium Guerrero tortillas (100 cal ea.)
Seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Virgin olive oil to cook the potato and egg.
I made two burritos, but there was still another serving left for later.
SO GOOD!
